The 46 waist should have given me sufficient room. It did not.
10.29 The company contacted me after my review. I explained what happened and they offered me a complete refund despite my not being able to return the item. This is extraordinary. I had not asked for the refund, they just offered. What more could a company do. I have changed my review to 5 stars.

It fit just fine, no complaints there. The quality of the material is good and the color was true to the picture. I fortunately I chose the pleated style and it just looks grumpy when put on. Not at all uncomfortable, kind of ugly.
I seen where there were reviews that said the pants fit small so I got my husband one size up, it turned out way too big so I think it would be better to just get your correct size... the quality seemed great my husband liked them and so I have returned the the ones that were too large and I'm going to get a smaller size for him.
